As an interviewer on AT who has interviewed multiple applicants and seen multiple demo lessons, I would say with confidence that Mr Liang is one of the most gifted, humble, kind, and prepared tutor you could get.
He is very good and gifted in teaching and explaining a new language to beginners, helping beginners to make sense of a completely new language that they are learning. He would consult the student before the lesson, and prepare suitable teaching materials accordingly. During the lesson he would keep checking if the student actually understands, and offers to repeat or further explain if needed. He offers opportunities for students to practice during class, and help/guide the student as appropriate during these in-class practices. Great lesson structure: overview at the start, detailed and high quality lesson, recap/summary at the end.
He teaches Chinese, Japanese, and English to mainly beginners.
